Mar. 8--RIO RANCHO, N.M.--Intel Corp. has leased the 160,000-square-foot former Fulcrum Direct building in Rio Rancho as a warehouse during the chip maker's expansion.
The building will be used by lead contractor Hoffman of New Mexico, the local branch of Hoffman Construction Inc. of Portland, Ore., that built the Rio Rancho Intel plant in the early 1980s. Lack of storage space had hindered the work, said Dale Trappen of Hoffman.
