Computershare, the Australian software vendor and world's largest transfer agent, last week said it has signed a cross-equity agreement with the Pacific Exchange as part of its development of a new electronic system for equity options and other derivatives on the Pacific Exchange.
The financial details of Computershare's agreement with the PCX were not disclosed last July when Computershare announced it would adapt its ASTS equities trading system for the San Francisco-based Pacific Exchange, one of the world's largest stock options marketplaces.
