LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 13, 2001
Sportsman's Wholesale Co., a Nevada corporation ("Sportsman's" or the "company"), has completed the acquisition of up to 100 percent of the outstanding securities of 1129 Holding Inc., a Delaware corporation ("1129 Holdings").
A certificate of amendment will promptly be filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada changing the company's name to "Cetalon Corp."
