COMPAQ OPENS NORWAY SUBSIDIARY
HOUSTON, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ) has announced the opening of Compaq Computer Norway A.S., a wholly owned subsidiary located in Oslo, Norway.
COMPAQ personal computers had previously been sold in Norway through five Authorized COMPAQ Computer Dealers which were supported by Compaq Computer GmbH, the Company's European headquarters based in Munich, West Germany.
