GRINDMASTER CORP. ACQUIRES REYNOLDS COFFEE BREWER LINE
LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Grindmaster Corporation, the country's largest manufacturer of commercial coffee grinders, said today it has completed the purchase of the commercial coffee brewer line from Reynolds Products, a division of Alco Standard Corporation (NYSE: ASN) of Chicago, Ill. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Reynolds line of "Gourmet" commercial coffee brewers, one of North America's most familiar, will be consolidated into Grindmaster's operations, enlarging the production force and increasing the size of its manufacturing facility in Louisville by ...
