The West Side Ecumenical Ministry will spend $3 million to expand physically and to bring its social service programs to more people.
The nonprofit agency at 5209 Detroit Ave. in Cleveland plans to develop a 200-seat auditorium for youth theater, a youth fitness center and an expanded child care center. The projects will be financed with proceeds from the organization's $6.6 million capital campaign and with state and county money.
