Mexican bank Serfin has launched legal action against Agro Industrial Exportadora (Agriexport) and its subsidiaries Pepinex, Vegemex and Productos Citricos Internacionales because of their failure to repay loans totalling US$3.3mil - the loans were taken out by Pepinex and Vegemex and gauaranteed by Agriexport and Productos Citricos Internacionales.
