DOWN IN FIRST QUARTER, INDUSTRIAL VACANCY UNCHANGED

LOS ANGELES, April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The national office vacancy rate in both downtown and suburban markets declined in the first quarter of 1989 while the industrial vacancy rate was unchanged, it was reported by the Coldwell Banker Commercial Group, the nationwide commercial real estate firm.
