KNAPE & VOGT ACQUIRES FUTURA HOME PRODUCTS
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company (OTC: KNAP) today announced that it has entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire by merger Futura Home Products of Clearfield, Utah, for a combination of cash and common stock. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
