Allergan, Inc. (NYSE: AGN) today announced that the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has approved ALPHAGAN(R) P (Brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic solution) 0.15%, preserved with Purite(R), which is indicated for the lowering of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
