Once Kathie and Dave Anderson's three children were grown, the Hinsdale couple decided to downsize their living quarters and sell many of their furnishings and accessories.
But back in 1991, it was hard to find a place that would pay enough for their quality furniture. ``Most of the ways people (sold furniture) was through garage and moving sales, which we knew wouldn't give us a good enough price,'' says Ms. Anderson.
