Entertainment Technologies & Programs Inc. (OTCBB:ETPI) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Ferris Productions Inc., a worldwide leading developer, manufacturer and operator of virtual reality (VR) entertainment products.
Ferris was founded in 1993 and is currently headquartered in Phoenix, with a branch sales office in Dallas.
