AGREEMENT WITH PG&E ENTERPRISES AND BECHTEL ENTERPRISES

BOSTON, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Environmental Power Corporation announced today that it has executed a joint development agreement with the joint venture of PG&E Enterprises and Bechtel Enterprises to develop selected electric generating facilities totaling approximately 200 mw. These are qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA).
