GHENT, Belgium, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Japan Tobacco, Inc. of Tokyo, Japan and Plant Genetic Systems, N.V. (PGS), of Ghent, Belgium today announced the establishment of a business relationship that involves capital investments in PGS and potential future joint ventures.
