Copec sources confirmed the company's interest in acquiring Puerto Ventanas' assets. The holding will inform to Gener on March 21 its decision of submitting an official bid. Gener holds a 79.87% stake in the Puerto Ventanas port, and will also sell off other infrastructure assets (26.7% stake in Agunsa, 26.01% in CCNI and 21.18% in Cabo Forward).
