AIRGAS ACQUIRES TWO DISTRIBUTORS FOR MERGER INTO EXISTING OPERATIONS
WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG), a rapidly growing distributor of industrial gases and related products, today announced the acquisition of National Welding Supply, Inc. located in Albert Lea, Minn., and Hardesty Welding Supply located in Evansville, Ind. Both companies are distributors of industrial gases and welding supplies. Aggregate annual sales of the two companies are approximately $8.5 million.
