NRC TO CLOSELY MONITOR BG&E'S CALVERT CLIFFS NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
BALTIMORE, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. (NYSE: BGE) (BG&E) today announced that its Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant has been categorized by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as a plant requiring close monitoring by the NRC.
Plants in this category have been identified as warranting increased NRC attention to improve declining performance.
