The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) decision Tuesday to withdraw a proposed standard that significantly reduces allowable arsenic levels in U.S. drinking water is based in part, on grossly overestimated costs, according to Apyron Technologies, a developer of advanced material science technologies.
