You gotta love the title of a new series of books, which asks the insolent question: ``Who are these people, anyway?''
These people, as it turns out, are the Bushes, and the books go on to pose more questions than a kid at a nudist camp: ``Who is Dorothy Bush, anyway?'' ``Who is Laura Bush, anyway?'' ``Who is the secretary of transportation, anyway?'' ``Who is Colin Powell, anyway?'' And even, ``Who is George W. Bush, anyway?''
