Everyone was waiting for someone to ask Antonin Scalia the question.
But the conservative Supreme Court justice, who wrote the opinion that effectively handed George W. Bush the presidency, left a lecture at the UW Law School without having to answer for Bush vs. Gore.
Scalia used his lively wit Thursday to sell his conservative vision of the Constitution during a 45-minute talk at the UW Law School before law students, invited guests and local notables, including state Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson.
