Eastern Suburban Conference champion Cambridge placed three players on the league's all-conference first team, and the Blue Jays also swept the individual honors.
Cambridge seniors Riley Didion, Ryan Ellickson and Anthony Cook were selected to the top team, and Didion was named the ESC's Player of the Year.
