NEW YORK -- While chain drug buyers and the consumers who shop their stores have been slow to embrace homeopathy, there is growing evidence that the trend is changing, and homeopathic remedies are slowly becoming a more important part of retailers' over-the-counter mix.
"Our business in drug stores has been building for the last eight or nine years," comments Dale Nepsa, vice president of Hyland Inc.'s P&S Labs division. 'We've witnessed double-digit growth in every year since 1992."
