DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The annual meeting of stockholders of Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. (NASDAQ: CTLC) was held at the company's Banquet Center at Indigo Lakes in Daytona Beach, Fla., today.
Three directors of the company were re-elected as follows: John C. Adams Jr., J.F. Holsonback, and David D. Peterson.
Bruce W. Teeters, senior vice president - Finance and treasurer, reviewed 1988 results, which had been reported earlier, and stated that net income totaled $2,096,824, equivalent to $.67 per share, $511,831 less than the prior year's results of $2,608,655, ...
