TO SATISFY FINAL LOW POWER REQUIREMENT

SEABROOK, N.H., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- New Hampshire Yankee, the management company for Seabrook Station, today announced that it has submitted a filing to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to satisfy the last outstanding financial requirement for the issuance of a low-power license.
