Last week, for the people offered a few of the revelations uncovered by the Ikea survey of the sleep habits of Americans. Here are a few more:

This may surprise you, since it seems it should be the other way around: 62 percent of the people who sleep more than six hours a night show up late for work. But 75 percent of those who sleep an average of four hours per night arrive at work on time or come early!

However, this probably won't come as a surprise, since bad habits take their toll: 36 percent of people who sleep less than four hours per night were smokers, while only 12 percent of the people who sleep six or more hours were smokers.
