Stress is part of life and it is impossible to go through life without stress, thus understanding more about stress and stress management methods is essential. The Student Stress Management Platform (SSMP) refers to on-line stress management training program in both Chinese and English to enhance the Hong Kong teachers' and students' knowledge of stress, and hence develop self-awareness towards their stress, as well as techniques to cope with stress.
