The purpose of the study was to examine associations between lifetime sexual partners and other health risk behaviors in a representative sample of U.S. college students. Data from the 1995 National College Health Risk Behavior Survey (NCHRBS) were analyzed to explore associations between the number of lifetime sexual partners and seatbelt use, drinking and driving, carrying a weapon, physical fighting, suicide ideation, cigarette smoking, body mass index, and fruit and vegetable consumption.
