EAGLE -- A Vail lift operator was skiing out of control when he collided with a Denver man last April, killing him, a witness testified Wednesday.
Nathan Hall, 18, a seasonal worker for Vail Associates Inc., is charged with reckless manslaughter in the death of Alan Cobb, 34. Cobb died of a skull fracture sustained in the collision.
This is only the second time a skier has been charged in the death of another skier in Colorado.
Eagle County Judge Terri Diem took Hall's case under advisement after questioning the prosecutor about how a ski accident fits the legal definition of ...
