Geron Corporation (Nasdaq:GERN) announced today that the company has licensed its nuclear transfer technology to Nexia Biotechnologies Inc. (TSE:NXB), for the production of recombinant silk proteins. Nexia has been granted a non-exclusive license to use Geron's nuclear transfer technology to produce natural and synthetic silk proteins in the milk of transgenic animals.
