FOR CELLULAR PHONE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
CINCINNATI, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Cincinnati Microwave, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNMW) of Cincinnati, and GTE Mobilnet, Inc. of Houston, today announced that they have signed a definitive marketing agreement for the sale of cellular phone products and services. This agreement is the consummation of the agreement in principle announced by both parties in February.
