IT'S not too often Northern Ireland score three goals away from home, but it was scant consolation last night for Sammy McIlroy's team whose World Cup hopes now lie in tatters.
Two goals inside the last six minutes from Stuart Elliott and David Healy came too late for McIlroy's men, who were slightly flattered by the final scoreline, having struggled throughout to contain the relentless pacy attacks of the Bulgarians.
