Mar. 30--The sight was so astounding I had to blink.
There it was, right before my not-very-believing eyes: A chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade who seemed to have a handle on how to run the place.
Nick Neubauer has arrived just in time. Another dose of his predecessor, David Brennan, and the Board of Trade might have splintered into a thousand fractious pieces. With Neubauer, the CBOT may have a chance.
