The former fiancee of baseball star David Justice has filed a $5 million lawsuit against him.
Nicole Foster, 26, mother of the New York Yankees star's son, David Justice Jr., 14 months, filed the suit charging breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress and domestic violence.
Foster stated in her lawsuit that she and her son David Jr. were ordered out of the home where they had lived for two years. She is being represented by celebrity attorney Marvin Mitchelson, a pioneer of the concept of palimony.
The suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court alleges that the couple had an agreement that Justice would "provide for her ...
