CAI Russian Style

Recently, educators from the United States, Canada, West Germany and The Netherlands met with counterparts from the Soviet Union and Bulgaria in a historic first--an invitational conference in the U.S.S.R. titled "Children, Computers and Education." This two-week event from Sept. 26 through Oct. 8, 1988 was an intense educational experience for all concerned. The time was filed with opportunities for the guests to meet with Soviet leaders in educational computing as well as classroom teachers and computer coordinators.
