Mar. 31--HALTOM CITY, Texas--Rita Wilson hasn't always been the retail queen of Belknap Street.
There was a time when the Haltom City businesswoman lived on a diet of popcorn and Ramen noodles so she could pour every spare cent into her fledgling discount furniture store.
"I starved, but I was confident it would change," she said.
