Illinois tried to win a war of attrition - not to mention elbows - in the regional final against Arizona, and wound up with a lot of soldiers laying on their shields.
Michigan State is also physical and deep on the front line, but isn't as likely to make as many silly decisions. For Michigan State to win, it has to outrebound Arizona by a wide margin, get the likes of Loren Woods and Michael Wright in foul trouble, and score off the offensive glass.
