Easyriders Inc. (AMEX:EZR) today announced the execution of a 10-year, wholesale product licensing agreement with Southern Steel Streetwear Inc., a manufacturing and distribution company with headquarters in Ormond Beach, Fla.
Easyriders will receive annual royalties from Southern Steel Streetwear, representing 10% of gross revenues of Easyriders' branded product sold to each of its 43 Easyriders Retail Stores, and other customers in its wholesale distribution channel.
