Digital Insurance Inc., a health insurance partner for individuals and small businesses, has signed an agreement with Oxford Health Plans, Inc. to provide customers with online and offline health plan purchasing services. The agreement increases health insurance options for New York state small businesses and allows them to quote, compare, apply for and purchase health plans through both www.digitalinsurance.com and licensed Digital Insurance representatives.
