LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2001
Motor Trend magazine, has named industry veteran Kevin Smith, 49, to the newly created position of Manager, Editorial Development, it was announced today by C. Van Tune, Editor-In-Chief of Motor Trend and the Motor Trend brand extensions.
Reporting to C. Van Tune, Mr. Smith will be based in Los Angeles. His duties will include managing the day-to-day operations of the editorial staff, allowing Mr. Tune to further expand on the successful broadcast and on-line extensions of the Motor Trend brand as well as orchestrating the magazine's strategic editorial plan.
