(OTCBB:GSITB), specializing in broadcasting solutions, and Barco Daylight Display Systems (BAR - 500299), a world leader in large screen video and graphic display technology, are now proud to announce that they have concluded a worldwide Value Added Re-marketing agreement for Barco's Dlite LED display products.

GSI and Barco are cooperating with each other for the design and implementation of digital signage solutions. As their first step - by March 15, 2001 - they intend to install a prototype Servicolumn for a digital signage.
