BANK BOARD REPORTS ARM INDEX RATES
WASHINGTON, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The monthly median annualized cost of funds for institutions insured by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corp. (FSLIC) was 7.71 percent in March, an increase of 12 basis points from February, the Federal Home Loan Bank Board reported today.
The ratio for April will be reported on or about June 15.
The Bank Board reported on May 15 that the final average contract rate on conventional mortgage loans closed for purchasing previously occupied single-family homes by all major lenders during early April was 9.76 percent, an increase of 14 basis points from early March. ...
