Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), a leading supplier of digital data links and telemetry modules for military aircraft-launched missiles, announced today that it has been awarded a two-year, $9.4 million production contract for telemetry modules supporting the U.S. Air Force Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM). This contract is a follow-on to the original contract awarded to Harris in 1991, bringing the overall value of the WRTTM program for Harris to $92 million, with options for up to an additional 150 units for a potential value of $105 million by 2003.
