NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2001
New Jersey's "Home Team" - the New Jersey Nets and the Fannie Mae Foundation - today teamed up with La Casa de Don Pedro, a Newark-based housing non-profit, to begin demolition work on a home to be rehabilitated as part of the Home Team's goal of revitalizing neighborhoods in Newark.
Nets Stephon Marbury, Steven Jackson, Aaron Williams, and Soumaila Samake were joined by the team's front-office staff and Fannie Mae Foundation volunteers to work on the house.
