Cincinnati lawyer Andrew White III resigned Friday as chairman of the Hamilton County Community Mental Health Board, as he fights being suspended from practicing law.
The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court of Ohio has recommended that White be suspended indefinitely, citing his ''outrageous acts of misconduct, including blatant disregard of the rules regarding client solicitation and client financial record-keeping, which dishonor the entire legal profession.''
