Fighting to speak and choking back tears, Steven Von Bargen apologized in court today for the traffic accident that claimed the life of his brother and two friends in January.
''I am sorry if I did anything wrong that day. I am sorry,'' he told a judge today just minutes before he was sentenced to an indefinite term in a Springfield Township juvenile home.
''I have to wake up each morning. I feel miserable,'' Von Bargen said. ''The pain is never going to go away,'' he said.
Von Bargen's mother asked Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge David Grossmann for mercy, pleading with him not to take her ...
