Life will become more regimented June 5 for Roger Bacon High School student Steven Von Bargen, found responsible for the traffic deaths of his brother and two teen-age friends, when he starts his sentence at the Hillcrest Training School.
But the school's superintendent, William Hamilton, thinks the county-run, 142-bed school in Springfield Township will be good for him. There are counselors, structure - and a waiting list of 35 other youths waiting to start serving their sentences.
