If the Cyclones win the International Hockey League championship this season, goalie Geoff Sarjeant likely will earn a large portion of credit.
Sarjeant was his usual sensational self Sunday against the Milwaukee Admirals, stopping 35 shots while leading the Cyclones to a 3-1 victory at the Cincinnati Gardens. It was the Cyclones' third victory in as many nights and second straight against Milwaukee.
Sarjeant's consistency (an 8-3 record and 1.93 goals-against average) has been matched by his ''bodyguards,'' Cyclones defensemen Dave Marcinyshyn, Ted Crowley, Jeff Wells and Myles O'Connor.
