When you hear that ''Friends'' star Matt LeBlanc is working with some sort of a monkey in his first movie leading role in ''Ed'' (opening here Friday), you have to ask if he hasn't had enough of working with that little monkey, Marcel, that inhabited the ''Friends'' set over the years.
''Well, this is a chimp,'' LeBlanc explained about his ''Ed'' co-star.
''I've been reprimanded so many times for making that exact mistake. And, it's an animatronics chimp, so it's a little different.
''This one gets it right the first take, which is a big difference.''
