AIRGAS ACQUIRES TWO DISTRIBUTORS
FOR MERGER INTO EXISTING OPERATIONS
WILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Airgas Inc. (NYSE: ARG), today announced the acquisition of Williams Welding Supply located in Exton, Pa. and Moores Welding Supply in St. Joseph, Mo.
Both companies are distributors of industrial gases and welding supplies. Aggregate annual sales of the two companies are approximately $4 million.
Williams Welding Supply distributes out of three locations serving the northern and western Philadelphia suburban area. Williams Welding Supply will operate as a part of Keystone Airgas.
