Carl Bruggemeier has brought Elaine Price on board to work with chef Henry Warman at his downtown Ciao Baby, the prototype for future Ciao Baby Cucinas in other cities.
Ms. Price, who built a local following at the innovative Bistro on Vine (now closed) and most recently Carol's Corner, will work as sous chef; Warman will head the kitchen.
Warman, who has worked at the Harper's Point Ciao Baby, the Phoenix and the Diner on Sycamore, has been named executive chef for Ciao Limited, which has restaurants in Washington, D.C., and Hackensack, N.J., as well as a new one opening this week in Memphis, Tenn., said Bruggemeier's ...
